Since launching Teal over 10 years ago, Catherine has proudly partnered with small to mid-size enterprises to deliver professional, practical, and personalised support that packs a powerful punch.

Decades of experience in the HR space combined with a passion for HR and a unique skill set has given Catherine the know-how and confidence to guide SMEs through their HR journey. 

 

Catherine’s passionate, energetic, and genuine interest supports her being an asset in fostering positive and collaborative relationships with the businesses she supports.

Partnering with businesses

Solid and robust HR processes are the fundamentals of every business. Without watertight strategies, companies will struggle to engage employees and ensure they feel valued which can negatively impact business performance.

 

Supporting the entire employee life cycle and the processes that come with it is a great passion of Catherine's. After fostering close relationships with various businesses, Catherine understands more than most the ever-changing challenges businesses face. However, with her positive and pragmatic attitude and working approach she can help you adapt quickly and empower you to stay on track to transform your HR plans, motivate your people, and help them thrive.

HR aside, Teal's founder Catherine is a born and

bred Brightonian and is certainly no stranger to

seaside life. With a young family in tow, she

somehow still finds the time to support her local

community, whether it be helping her son's school

or local charities.

 

When not dedicating her free time to volunteering, you will find her socialising with her friends and family, or in the kitchen making her mean salted chocolate pretzel slab. Catherine is always one to try new things and is currently enjoying hot yoga.

 

Catherine has a passion for people which is evident in her personal and professional life.
